Large Inflatable Obstacle Water Park in a French Farm
Project Overview
This project is located in a farm-style outdoor camp in northern France. It is a large-scale seasonal inflatable water park custom-built by Henan Huasheng Amusement Equipment for European clients. Built on the idle open space of the farm, the entire facility integrates four major functions: climbing, sliding, obstacle course and water play, and is suitable for all age groups. With rich gameplay and reliable quality, it has become a popular leisure landmark for local parent-child activities and youth team building in summer.
Core Equipment Highlights
Immersive obstacle course route: Starting from the double-sided climbing walls at the entrance, the route passes through three-lane racing slides, column obstacle area, circular bouncing platform and twisting spiral slides, and finally leads to the terminal inflatable paddling pool. The smooth, uninterrupted play route delivers a 5–8 minute single-run experience, effectively extending visitor stay time and replay rate.
Commercial-grade quality materials: All key load-bearing parts of the equipment adopt 0.55mm thick commercial PVC vinyl fabric, with excellent tear resistance, UV resistance and air tightness, complying with EU CE safety certification standards. It can withstand high-frequency commercial operation with over 100 visitors per day, and has a normal service life of 5–8 years.
All-round safety protection: All slides are equipped with heightened inflatable guardrails, and obstacle areas adopt rounded soft-packing treatment. The whole facility adopts an independent multi-air chamber structure, so minor air leakage in a single chamber will not affect the overall operation, comprehensively eliminating operational safety risks.
Highly adaptable assembly & disassembly: With a modular split design, the equipment is compact when folded and easy to transport. A 3-person team can complete full-site setup and dismantling within 6 hours, which perfectly fits scenarios such as seasonal operation, touring events and rapid venue switching.
Operation Performance
The park operated for 3 months in summer, receiving a total of over 20,000 visitors, with a short payback period for the client. The equipment ran stably throughout the operation period, with no quality problems such as material damage or abnormal air leakage. With excellent play experience and reliable product quality, the client has reached long-term cooperation with Huasheng Amusement, and plans to add themed inflatable equipment in the following year to expand and upgrade the venue.
