I. Product Appearance & Play Highlights

This integrated inflatable land obstacle course measures 10 meters wide by 30 meters long and adopts a segmented multi-obstacle combined design. It features bright and vivid colors with a contrasting palette of pink, blue, yellow and purple, decorated with cartoon mushrooms and spotted puppy shapes, creating a strong childlike atmosphere and delivering excellent crowd-attracting effects. A complete race track is formed by connected obstacles, including eight fun stations in sequence: cartoon double slides, soft pillar obstacle zone, purple balance crawl tunnel, hurdle balance beam, double-row steep slides, maze castle, arch crawl rings and final mushroom sprint zone. Multiple children can compete and race through the course simultaneously. The track is surrounded by heightened and thickened fences for full enclosed protection, ideal for parent-child competitions and children’s physical training carnivals. Customization is available for size scaling, obstacle addition or removal, pattern and LOGO printing. 1. Zoned Differentiated Fabric Configuration

Only high-frequency stress-bearing areas such as track walking layers, slide surfaces, bottom fences, handrails and collision obstacles are made of 0.55mm thick commercial PVC vinyl fabric. The material is lead-free, flame-retardant, tear-resistant and durable against repeated treading and friction. Lightweight PVC fabric is used for outer decorative fences and cartoon decorations to reduce overall weight and cut costs for transportation, inflation and storage. Digital printing is firm and wear-resistant, resisting fading and peeling during long-term outdoor use.

2. Precise Manufacturing Craftsmanship

All 0.55mm thickened stress-bearing areas are double-layer heat-sealed with double stitching on all seams to ensure stable air tightness and prevent air leakage after long hours of operation.
Decorative fabrics are neatly spliced with smooth finished edges free of burrs. All track corners, obstacle pillars and slide edges are fully rounded with no hard sharp points to avoid bumps and scratches on children.
Each obstacle compartment is independently inflated to maintain a full shape without collapse. Matched with high-power continuous air blowers for fast inflation and forming.
Hook-and-loop sealed exhaust ports are installed on the sides; after deflation and folding, the unit takes up little space for convenient truck transportation.
Multiple metal D-shaped fixing rings are embedded under the track, which can be secured with ground pegs and windproof binding straps to keep the course stable and immovable under strong outdoor winds.

3. Kid-Friendly Safety Design

Heightened protective fences surround the entire track to stop children from running out. Thickened buffer cushions provide sufficient shock absorption during falls. Chinese-English safety warning stickers can be attached to standardize play rules and ensure compliant and safe commercial operation.
