1. Fabric Selection

The entire target is made of 0.55mm thick commercial PVC mesh cloth, eco-friendly and lead-free, waterproof, flame-retardant and UV-resistant. It resists fading, aging and cracking after long-term outdoor use. The fabric is tensile and impact resistant to withstand high-frequency commercial rental use. The target surface adopts thickened Velcro mesh fabric to firmly hold soft axes and resist repeated throwing and pulling.

2. Precise Manufacturing Craftsmanship

Industrial double lockstitch sewing is adopted. Double-layer reinforcement is applied to borders, columns, bottom fences, decorative axes and joints of target mesh fabric, with triple reinforcement on high-stress points for strong tear resistance and crack prevention.
All seams are sealed with PVC hot-pressed strips to reduce slow air leakage and maintain stable long-term air tightness.
The edges of target Velcro mesh fabric are reinforced to withstand impact from repeated throwing. Wood grain patterns are precisely aligned via CNC cutting, making the whole structure full and three-dimensional after inflation.
Multiple metal D-ring anchor points are embedded around the target, which can be fixed to the ground with ground pegs and binding straps to improve wind resistance outdoors.
Equipped with large-diameter air intake valves and pressure relief valves for easy inflation and deflation.
Full soft inflatable structure with rounded wrapping on all edges without hard sharp corners. All matching throwing axes are made of soft Velcro with no sharp metal parts to ensure safe play. Independent air chamber design prevents instant overall air loss if minor local damage occurs.
