1. Fabric Selection

The entire pool is made of 0.55mm thick commercial PVC vinyl fabric, eco-friendly and lead-free, flame retardant, waterproof and UV-resistant against intense sunlight. The surface is wear-resistant and tear-resistant, resisting aging, cracking and fading after long-term outdoor exposure to wind and sun. The inner layer of the pool adopts waterproof and airtight treatment with excellent seepage resistance. 2. Precise Manufacturing Craftsmanship

Sewn with heavy-duty industrial thick threads. Double-layer reinforcement is applied to pool fences, arched frames, supporting columns and all air chamber joints, with triple reinforcement at high-frequency stress points.
It boasts strong overall impact resistance, load capacity and water pressure resistance for long-time outdoor use. High-frequency hot air heat sealing technology is adopted. All stitched seams are covered with PVC hot-pressed sealing strips to effectively reduce slow air leakage from gaps and maintain stable air tightness long-term.
Multiple treatments are applied to the waterproof pool seams to lower the risk of seepage and water leakage. Arched frames, columns and pool fences are precisely cut by numerical control slicing.
After inflation, the whole unit is full and flat with evenly stressed arch frames; columns stand firm without tilting or deformation. Multiple metal D-shaped fixing anchor points are reserved around the equipment base, which can be firmly fixed on the ground with binding straps and ground pegs for stronger wind resistance in open outdoor environments.
Large-capacity high-pressure airtight intake valves and quick exhaust ports are arranged on the sides to save time on inflation, deflation and storage.
