1. Fabric Selection

The whole mat is made of 0.55mm thick commercial PVC vinyl fabric, which is eco-friendly, lead-free, flame-retardant, waterproof and UV-resistant against intense sunlight. 2. Precise Manufacturing Craftsmanship

Sewn with heavy-duty industrial thick threads. Double-layer reinforcement is applied to the outer protective fences, bottom buffer mat and the perimeter of the central rotating shaft opening, with triple reinforcement at high-frequency stress points. The overall load-bearing capacity is robust enough to withstand frequent commercial operation.
The bottom mat features a thickened and widened buffer layer to fully disperse impact force when players fall and reduce collision risks.
